Hi Jane, Thank you for contacting us in RecruitCRM and sharing your thoughts with us. It saddens me that you've chosen not to continue with Recruit CRM, but we genuinely appreciate the time you've spent on our platform.

 As per our policy, subscriptions renew automatically, and we do not issue refunds for renewals unless we receive a cancellation request before the renewal date. Since your subscription renewed on February 1, 2022, and we received your cancellation request after that date, we are unable to process a refund for this payment. 

That said, we understand that circumstances can change, and we want to ensure your experience with Recruit CRM concludes positively. As a good gesture, I would be glad to help you make the most of the remaining time on your subscription and address any specific issues you may have encountered with the platform to ensure effective usage of RecruitCRM for the remaining time.
